Spicy Garlic Parmesan Frenched Drumsticks
Experience a harmonious blend of spicy heat and savory richness with these air-fried drumsticks. The crispy exterior, coated in a spicy garlic Parmesan sauce, encases tender, juicy meat, making each bite a delightful explosion of flavor.
Ingredients:
8 RedBird Farms Frenched Chicken Drumsticks
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the drumsticks with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Arrange the drumsticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
Air fry for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the drumsticks from the air fryer and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
