Honey Mustard Glazed Frenched Drumsticks

Ingredients:
- 8 RedBird Farms Frenched Chicken Drumsticks 
- 1/4 cup honey 
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce 
- 2 cloves garlic, minced 
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves 
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper. 
- Place the drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet and brush them generously with the honey mustard glaze. 
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, basting with additional glaze every 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized. 
- Let the drumsticks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
