Honey Mustard Glazed Frenched Drumsticks

Ingredients:
8 RedBird Farms Frenched Chicken Drumsticks
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Place the drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet and brush them generously with the honey mustard glaze.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, basting with additional glaze every 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
Let the drumsticks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
