Lemon Herb Sautéed Frenched Drumsticks

Bright and zesty, these sautéed drumsticks are infused with fresh lemon juice and aromatic herbs. The quick cooking method preserves the juiciness of the meat while imparting a delightful citrus-herb flavor.


Ingredients:

  • 8 RedBird Farms Frenched Chicken Drumsticks

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Season the drumsticks with salt and black pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the drumsticks and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.

  3. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, rosemary, and oregano.

  4. Pour the lemon herb mixture over the drumsticks in the skillet and toss to coat evenly.

  5. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

  6. Serve the drumsticks with lemon wedges.
