Buffalo Chicken Burger Salad
Ingredients
- 2 RedBird Three Chilies Patties 
- Spring mix 
- ½ cup diced heirloom tomatoes 
- 1 green onion, sliced 
- 1 jalapeño, diced, seeds removed 
- ½ avocado, sliced 
- ⅓ cup crumbled blue cheese 
- Dressing: Your favorite ranch dressing + Buffalo hot sauce 
Method
- Cook the Chicken Burgers on a pan for 5-6 minutes, until each side is golden brown. Flip halfway through. 
- In a mixing bowl, toss the remaining ingredients, including the dressing. Separate between two bowls. 
- Top each bowl with your RedBird Farms Chicken Burger!
