Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 TB Olive Oil

  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 1 package RedBird Farms Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded

  • 2 cups Chicken Broth

  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk

  • 1/2 Yellow Onion, diced

  • 8 oz Penne Pasta

Method

  • Pat the Chicken dry and then rub both sides with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Bring a large pan to medium heat, then add olive oil.

  • Once warm, add seasoned Chicken and cook until the internal temperature reaches 165F. Remove from pan.

  • Reduce heat to medium-low, then add additional oil and onion. Cook until translucent, about three minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.

  • Add Chicken broth to the pan and bring to a light boil.

  • Add dry pasta and cook according to package (pasta should be al dente).

  • Add milk and parmesan. Stir until sauce is creamy!

  • Slice Chicken into desired thickness and shape, then add to pan and combine. Enjoy!
