Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Pasta
Ingredients
2 TB Olive Oil
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 package RedBird Farms Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
2 cups Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Whole Milk
1/2 Yellow Onion, diced
8 oz Penne Pasta
Method
Pat the Chicken dry and then rub both sides with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Bring a large pan to medium heat, then add olive oil.
Once warm, add seasoned Chicken and cook until the internal temperature reaches 165F. Remove from pan.
Reduce heat to medium-low, then add additional oil and onion. Cook until translucent, about three minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Add Chicken broth to the pan and bring to a light boil.
Add dry pasta and cook according to package (pasta should be al dente).
Add milk and parmesan. Stir until sauce is creamy!
Slice Chicken into desired thickness and shape, then add to pan and combine. Enjoy!
