Crispy Oil-Free Air-Fried Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 1 lb RedBird Ground Chicken

  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs (use gluten-free if needed)

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Optional: dipping sauces like honey mustard or marinara

Method

  1. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine RedBird Ground Chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

  2. Form the Nuggets: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time and shape it into small nugget-sized patties.

  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.

  4. Cook the Nuggets: Place the nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
