Jalapeño Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup

  • 1 softened bar of cream cheese

  • 1 tsp jalapeño juice (jarred is okay!)

  • 2 cups diced, cooked RedBird Farms chicken

  • Chopped jalapeño, to taste

  • Handful sharp cheddar cheese

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix the following with a hand mixer: cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, jalapeño juice.

  3. Stir in chicken and jalapeño.

  4. Pour in a casserole dish.

  5. Sprinkle with sharp cheddar cheese.

  6. Bake until bubbly on the sides and the cheese is melted.

  7. Serve with Tortilla Chips.
