Jalapeño Chicken Dip
Ingredients
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 softened bar of cream cheese
1 tsp jalapeño juice (jarred is okay!)
2 cups diced, cooked RedBird Farms chicken
Chopped jalapeño, to taste
Handful sharp cheddar cheese
Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the following with a hand mixer: cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, jalapeño juice.
Stir in chicken and jalapeño.
Pour in a casserole dish.
Sprinkle with sharp cheddar cheese.
Bake until bubbly on the sides and the cheese is melted.
Serve with Tortilla Chips.
