Dry Rubbed Curry Wings
Ingredients
Rub
Zest of 1 lemon
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
3 tsp curry powder
1 tsp ground coriander
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Wings
3 lbs RedBird Farms wings
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp dill, for serving
Sesame seeds, for serving (optional)
Method
Preheat oven to 400F and line baking sheet with oil
In a small bowl, combine rub ingredients and stir
Pat wings dry. Place in a mixing bowl and toss with oil.
Add 3/4 rub mixture to wings and toss again until wings are evenly coated.
Spread wings in a single layer across a prepared wire baking rack.
Bake until crisp, about 35-45 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining rub and dill.
