Curry Dry Rub

Ingredients

  • RedBird Farms NAE Super Frenched Drumsticks

  • Lemon zest

  • Cumin

  • Curry powder

  • Coriander
    Paprika

  • Garlic powder

  • Cayenne pepper

  • Oil

  • Fresh dill

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine lemon zest and spices

  2. Coat chicken with oil and season with spices

  3. Bake at 400F for 35-45 minutes on a baking sheet with wire rack

  4. Sprinkle with remaining spices and serve with fresh dill
