Jalapeño Chicken Dip

Method & Ingredients:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix with hand mixer:
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 softened bar of cream cheese
1 tsp of jalapeno juice
3. Stir in:
2 cups of diced cooked chicken
1 whole diced jalapeno pepper
4. Pour in a small casserole dish.
5. Sprinkle with sharp cheddar cheese.
6. Top with bacon bits and jalapenos (optional).
7. Bake until bubbly on the sides and the cheese is melted.
8. Serve with Tortilla Chips.
