Fried Chicken Po’Boy Sandwich

Ingredients

  • NAE Thigh Trim BLSO

  • Seasoned flour

  • Coleslaw

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Diced tomato

  • Remoulade sauce: mayo, mustard, Cajun seasoning, horseradish, pickle juice

  • French Fries

  • Sweet pickle

Method

  1. Dredge chicken pieces in seasoned flour

  2. Deep-fry until skin is crispy

  3. Fill bun with chicken, slaw, shredded lettuce and diced tomato

  4. Top with Remoulade sauce

  5. Serve with fries and sweet pickle
