Chicken Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 pound RedBird Farms Ground Chicken
½ cup breadcrumbs
2 bell peppers, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon BBQ sauce (for the glaze)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Spice blend: salt, pepper, onion, garlic, oregano
Method
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, combine egg, ketchup, Worcestershire, spices, and breadcrumbs. Mix well.
Saute onion and peppers until onion is translucent and peppers are soft.
Add Ground Chicken, onion, and peppers to bowl, and mix just until combined.
Transfer mixture to a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape into a loaf. Drizzle with BBQ sauce.
Bake for 30 minutes, then increase heat to 450°F. Bake until internal temperature is 165°F, about 8-10 more minutes.
Slice and serve!
